Do you have experience in or leading a great place to work and/or a high performing team?  You have people high in mission/purpose, hungry to make a difference. But without a sound organizational strategy, organizational alignment and a culture that reinforces the right behaviors, you’re not maximizing performance, efficiency, or organizational health.  Great schools are organizations high in shared purpose and overall alignment, not just a reflection of their community’s desires & expectations.

We provide the system, processes, and coaching for schools to establish a "united" workplace culture that brings forth the best in their people - where accomplishment, inspiration, innovation as well as nourishment and satisfaction are normal.

We help authentic leaders make a significant difference in their school, building their “organizations” for the long term.  We focus in particular on helping their blind spots diminish, allowing for things that are outside of their awareness to come into focus - giving them more choice and freedom to bring their best self forward.

We help heads of schools and leadership teams to understand the reality of where the school is today, where they can be tomorrow; ultimately working towards a realistic, integrated and accountable roadmap to success. From organizational assessment to strategic planning and implementation; we ensure that “strategy” is not just a plan (or program), not just prioritized ideas; but rather, “a way of life” for a mission driven school.

Our mission:

"Measurably improve well-being in the world through happy, healthy, and high achieving school workplaces."

Rich Sinclair, LFS Founder & Managing Partner

Rich is a former school turnaround specialist. After leading three turnarounds in six years, he shifted gears and began to study models less about and dependent on him, as the traditional leader at the top. Servant-minded, highly intuitive and very passionate, he desired a leadership and organizational development (culture) model much more capable (engagement) and sustainable.

Rich has spent the last seven years studying and practicing under Mukara Meredith,"Working with Groups as Living Systems" and Ann Rhoades, "Creating Enviable Cultures that Outperform the Competition". Their practices are utilized by some of the best teams, highest performing organizations and "great places to work" in the world.

Before becoming a principal, Rich was called by his last two principals one of the best teachers they had ever seen. - He is forever grateful to one particular teacher being in his life, early on.

"You will not find many, and perhaps any, as capable as Rich." - US Sen. Michael Bennet, former Superintendent of Denver Public Schools ("Highest Trained Principals in the Country") and Finalist for Secretary of Education.

Apple, MLK, and the Wright Brothers all think, act and communicate the exact same way.  And it’s the complete opposite to everyone else. The inspired organizations and leaders all think, act, and communicate from the inside out. - Simon Sinek's Ted Talks: "How great leaders inspire action" & Why good leaders make you feel safe - People don’t buy what you do, but WHY you do it.
